In-house validation, verification and evaluation of measurement uncertainty for quantitative microbiological test methods - QuoData-Workshop
The new ISO/IEC 17025:2017 extends requirements for private or public testing laboratories in the field of food microbiology as well as the users of quantitative microbiological test methods with regard to analytical quality assurance. In response to this situation, QuoData has designed a workshop specifically for quality assurance of microbiological methods.
QuoData contributes to Joint Action SHARP (Strengthened International Health Regulations and Preparedness in the EU)
In order to ensure the highest level of health protection for all EU citizens, an EU funded Joint Action for health security has been launched. Entitled Joint Action SHARP (Strengthened International Health Regulations and Preparedness in the EU), the project is coordinated by the Finnish Institute for Health and Welfare (THL), Finland, and co-coordinated by the Robert Koch-Institut (RKI), Germany.

QuoData presented its tools and services at Arab Health 2020 in Dubai. From 27 - 30 more than 55,000 visitors attended one of the most influential events for healthcare professionals in the MENA region.

On Friday, January 24th 2020, QuoData invited the Drupal Community at its Dresden premises as part of Drupal Global Contribution Weekend 2020. Visitors were warmly welcomed with complimentary snacks and drinks, further livening up the mood.

From farm to fork, via AI - a case study for distinguishing different grain cultivars
In their ongoing work, QuoData's scientists are pleased to share some of the recent developments in their latest paper - "AI-based identification of grain cultivars via non-target mass spectrometry". The paper deals with the use of non-target high-resolution mass spectrometry and the processing of the extensive data using artificial intelligence approaches.

One of the world’s largest trade fair for healthcare and medicine takes place from 27th to 30th January at the Dubai World Trade Centre. As an exhibitor of the official joint stand “Saxon Pavilion”, QuoData will be attending the fair.

QuoData to visit the EQALM symposium – a meetup of European EQA organizers in laboratory medicine
From 17th to 18th October, QuoData will visit Ljubljana, Slovenia to attend the EQALM symposium – a meetup of European external quality assurance organizers in laboratory medicine.
During the symposium QuoData scientist Kapil Nichani will introduce how artificial intelligence can be utilized in PT for prognosis of future laboratory performance. A novel easy-to-interpret score developed for qualitative PT/EQA data will also be presented.
