In-house training for planning and conducting method validation studies with InterVAL
QuoData's Data Scientists regularly share their knowledge and experience in planning and conducting method validation studies. Therefore QuoData offers individual in-house workshops and trainings. Topics, training materials and examples are always adapted to the needs of the participants.
In response to a specific demand from a German state laboratory in the field of consumer protection, an In-house training course was conducted by QuoData’s Data Scientist, Dr. Karina Hettwer in March 2019.
The purpose of the 2-day training was to increase participants’ understanding of planning and conducting In-house method validation and to provide participants with practical knowledge to realize validation studies using InterVAL so that they can implement the acquired knowledge immediately with their real-life work.
A variety of statistical topics about validation studies were covered during the training with a focus on In-house validation according to CD 657/2002.
An important aspect of the course was the implementation of theoretical knowledge by means of example studies which were prepared especially for attendees and in close cooperation with the head of department. At the end of the training, the participants had a Q&A session and discussed about the topics with the referee. After the training, each participant received a certificate from QuoData.
Thank you to all participants for attending our In-house training. QuoData hopes that everyone found the training informative and worthwhile. Special Thanks to the organizing staff for their support.
