Symposium for laboratory culture and food safety featured in October edition of eFOOD Lab magazine

The latest issue of eFOOD-Lab International, a food-industry magazine available here, features the joint symposium held in August 2014 by QuoData, the US FDA and the German BVL.

QuoData worked specifically in cooperation with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to organize an international symposium with speakers from around the globe to discuss new trends for global standards of laboratory quality culture (LQC) during the International Association for Food Protection (IAFP) meeting.

The article in eFOOD-Lab focuses on the lecture given by QuoData’s CEO, Dr. habil. Steffen Uhlig, regarding the role of LQC and the importance of data analysis in standardizing PT across labs, accreditation bodies, sectors and countries.
